St Gabriel’s RC Primary School is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. All staff, governors and volunteers are expected to share this commitment. For more information please see our safeguarding policy which can be found under Key Information > Policies > Safeguarding Policy.
We believe that Science is important at St. Gabriel’s as it enables a systematic, scientific approach to learning where we are able to develop useful knowledge, skills and attitudes about the world in which we live. Alongside gaining knowledge about different scientific themes, our Science experience is presented to children in a practical, relevant context. Systematic inquiry, analysis of problems, formation of ideas, their testing and modification are encouraged through whole class, group or individual investigations and project work, designed to arouse the children's natural curiosity.
This section of our website supports our students learning about Science. It contains interactive online science games as well as other interactive science activities.
