2nd -6th November

Open the Powerpoint and play from the beginning with the sound on to hear me lead the lesson. Children need a pencil and some paper to join in. (Please note the practise sheet does not need to be printed if you follow the Powerpoint lesson.)

If you can't print these pages then you can draw or use real objects to replicate and complete the activity.

Watch the story of 'Owl Babies' (Link below)

Monday-Discuss who is in the story. Ask questions about what is happening.

Tuesday-Draw a baby owl and a speech bubble - What is the baby owl saying? Make marks and tell a grown up what you have written.

Wednesday- Make a missing poster for Mummy Owl. Can you draw her with detail?

Thursday-Look at pictures of owls on the internet and talk about some of things that are similar about them and some of the things that are different.

Friday-Search and read facts together about owls
