Complete this week’s 180 Times Tables sheet below. (If you can't print it off, then jot down the answers as quickly as possible in your home-learning workbooks.)
Your power point presentation and spelling activities are attached below.
Watch the presentation today, complete the activities during the week, then ask an adult to test you on Friday.
Today we are beginning a new text: ‘The Story of Snow’.
It is different to anything that we have read together so far in Year 4 and links nicely in with our Science.
This week’s Live Lessons will be centred around this text – please try to join if you can.
If this is not possible, then please use the link given to listen to part of the book (stop at 3:37). You should then be able to complete the question sheet.
Please post your finished work on Seesaw. Thank you.
I have also included a quick starter and a true or false reasoning activity.
If you find yourself becoming stressed about any of your Maths, then do not panic. Contact me via Seesaw and in the mean-time, practise your basic skills using IDL Cloud.
To access this, search for IDL and log on in the following way:
~ In lower case letters, enter your surname, followed by the first letter of your
Christian name, followed by @ol112tn
~ In lower case letters (For your password) again enter your surname, followed
by the first letter of your Christian name.
Remember to keep up with your reading for at least 30 minutes a day. Well done to all of those pupils who are completing quizzes regularly and working towards their Spring target.
We now have two pupils who have met their Spring target, one who is at 87% and one who is at 57% - this is FANTASTIC!!
Try drawing in the style of LS Lowry, Helen Bradley or George Mainwaring!
Using the document below, select one of these artists and try to draw a few figures in their style. You do not have to make exact copies - just try to capture the style, shape and colour. You may wish to focus on just one figure from each example.
