Complete these activities below linked to this week’s spellings. Remember to watch Monday’s power point spelling presentation first if you haven’t already done so. Remember that if you can't print these out, then write down the answers in your home-learning workbooks.


This week we will begin looking at the poetry of Benjamin Zephaniah using a unit of work from Oak Academy.

Children’s Mental Health Week – Tuesday

Today, try following some of the links given in this document, then complete the activity attached.


This week’s Maths is all about fractions. We will be building on the work that you did in Year 3. Live lessons on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday will be based on Maths.


I have also included a quick starter and a true or false reasoning activity.


Remember to keep up with your reading for at least 30 minutes a day. Well done to all of those pupils who are completing quizzes regularly and working towards their Spring target. It is good to see that almost every pupil is now building up points towards their target every week.


I can’t believe that six children have ALREADY met and exceeded their Spring target, with at least another seven on track to do so before half term!! Well done, Year 4, I am so happy to see the effort that you are putting into reading.J
