Today is well-being Wednesday.

 

Instead of doing work today, I want you to do activities that make you feel good. 

For example: 

  • Playing a game
  • Going on a walk 
  • Going on a bike ride 
  • Mindfulness colouring
  • Playing with your toys
  • Spending time with family (including pets) in your bubble
  • Drawing/ writing 
  • Baking 
  • Watching films
