Caritas GIFT Team

Meet the team...

Our job is a very important one!

We look after the most precious thing in our school – our faith. We are messengers of God’s love! We are entrusted with the responsibility of giving joyful witness of Christ in our school. We lead prayer and worship in the school.

At St. Gabriel's, we share the school's vision and believe that all children are unique and equal as God's children, their voices should be heard and they should be treated with dignity.

Our Caritas ambassadors are passionate about their roles and are excellent role models, leading by example and sharing their passion for protecting the most vulnerable in our school, local community and wider world.

Pupil Leadership Group Aims, linked to the School Mission

Thank you to all our wonderful parents and families who donated to this year's Harvest appeal. A massive 116 Kg of food was donated to Rochdale Food Bank and many vulnerable families will benefit from your generosity, especially with the current cost-of-living crisis! Our Caritas in Action team received a tour of the foodbank and shared their learning about this worthy cause with the school.
