Safeguarding Notice
St Gabriel’s RC Primary School is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. All staff, governors and volunteers are expected to share this commitment. Year 3
Please find relevant information relating to this year.
PE- Our PE days are Mondays and Wednesdays - children are required to come into school on their PE day dressed in their PE kits.
Reading books- the reading packs need to be returned to school every day. At home the children need to be reading at least 3 times a week with their parent booklet signed and dated.
Homework- Homework will be sent home every Friday which will need to be returned by the following Wednesday.
The homework will consist of:
- 10 spellings in preparation for a spelling test on the following Friday
- Maths homework based on current learning
- Reading daily (at least 3 times a week)
- TTRockstars (at least 20 minutes a week)
When completed, the homework can be brought into school.
